Abu Dhabi, literally translating to ‘father of deer’, is the capital and the second largest city in the United Arab Emirates. Tranquil, peaceful, and utterly remarkable, the mosque is bejewelled with rare gemstones, memory of pearl, precious metals and has an enigmatically spiritual atmosphere. It is arguably the most imperative tourist attraction in Abu Dhabi.

The locals carry an air of alluring swagger; driving the fastest cars, wearing the most glamorous designer shoes and dining in the most lavish restaurants would be enough to spoil anyone, yet somehow they retain their friendliness. The local women, shrouded in floor-length black abayas prove that you don’t need to bare skin to flaunt utter elegance and voluptuousness. Although PDAs (Public Displays of Affection) and risqué clothing are frowned upon, you are free to wear your bikini on the beach and your pretty frock when visiting one of the opulent restaurant bars in the area.

Abu Dhabi also loves its sports. Owning Manchester City Football club, Sheikh Mansour has ensured that there is something of a football culture in the city. Celebrating formula one racing, Abu Dhabi has it's own racing track, as well as a luxury car theme park: Ferrari World.
