The Setai is an intimate, serene oceanfront resort in the heart of South Beach, Miami. Jaya is a collaboration between Executive Chef Mathias Gervais and Executive Sous Chef Vijayudu Veena to create standout dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, India, China and Japan. Jaya incorporates traditional culinary techniques and its menu features bold and modern Asian cuisine with bountiful flavors. The Thémaé Spa is an innovative and a re-imagined experience, where storied spa traditions are transported from the Pacific to Miami. Inspired by the art of tea, the spa utilizes soothing red tea, regenerating white tea, antioxidant green tea and stimulating black tea in treatments.
