After a flight from Delhi and a drive onwards to Bandhavgargh National Park in your own private, chauffeured Innova car, you will be greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at Mahua Kothi Luxury Safari Lodge. Located in the tiger-populated Madhya Pradesh region of central India, Mahua Kothi is known for providing its guests with some of the best tiger sightings in India. Over your two night stay, you can embark on twice daily safari drives as well as other excursions to the local village or to see the variety of birdlife surrounding the camp. Day 4-6 – More Tiger Spotting at Banjaar Tola Safari Lodge

The second safari lodge in your Luxury India safari and Palace Tour is Banjaar Tola, which is located at Kanha National Park and is known to be much larger than Bandhavgargh. Get to know another area of the Indian countryside and its varied and wonderful wildlife, whilst staying in sumptuous tented accommodation looking over a stunning river. There is little separating you from your tent and the jungle wilderness beyond, so you can feel connected to nature. There are spa treatments available and a pool area for that all-important relaxation in between your jungle adventures.

Day 6-8 – Explore Delhi

After a four night experience in the wilderness of the Indian jungle, you will be transported back to city civilisation in Delhi. More than just a one night stop this time, you will be given the opportunity to explore Delhi accompanied by a knowledgeable, English speaking local guide. You will see both Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi pulses with energy and colour; the hustle and bustle of thronged bazaars is laced with narrow lanes between tall, leaning houses. New Delhi is a city of wide boulevards known for its formal parks, the magnificent Parliament Building and the India Gate. Ride through the backstreets of the old town on a rickshaw and see a side of Delhi unlike any other, or visit the Humayan Tomb and the Qutub Minar Temple for some simply wondrous ancient architecture.

Day 8-10 – The Fabled Taj Lake Palace

The first palace on your "Luxury India Safari and Palace Tour" is in the freshest and most beautiful cities in India. Udaipur, or the “City of Lakes”, is adorned with a series on man-made lakes and is surrounded by hills. On the top of Lake Pichola, the largest lake, sits the charming Taj Lake Palace which gleams in picturesque majesty. During your time in Udaipur you will be given the opportunity to visit the City Palace, built in 1725, and its multiple ornately decorated sub-palaces inside of it, before strolling into the old city. You’ll be sharing space with cows, elephants, people and their bikes, and walking through winding lanes as you gain insight into the lifestyle of “small town India”.  You will then be able to return to the palace for an evening of traditional Indian dancing and live music after a sumptuous meal at the fine dining restaurant overlooking the lake.

Day 10-12 – Umaid Bhawan Palace

Next, you will take the dusty desert roads towards the second palace in your Luxury India Safari and Palace Tour: Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. At the edge of the Thar Desert, Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. You will be taken on a tour of Jodhpur city which will include a visit to the majestic Mehrangarh Fort and the beautiful Jaswant Thada before heading back to your palace. Umaid Bhawan is truly majestic; it sits aloof above Jodhpur’s horizon as a stately and domineering presence. The atmosphere cannot be paralleled; with different wings to be explored, a large subterranean spa pool, exquisite fine dining restaurant and beautifully manicured gardens, Umaid Bhawan is the essence of regal luxury.

Day 12-14 – Rambagh Palace

Jaipur is known as “The Pink City of India”, with its numerous pink buildings that can be viewed from the top of Jaipur Fort – a must-see attraction. Day 14 – The Cultural Capital City: Mumbai
